Our President, Rick Mullen, has been in the Direct Import Industry for 25 years. Rick has seen everything from termites in wood bottom shoes to button up shirts without buttonholes.  Rick graduated from the University of Washington in 1979 and has been in the Industry ever since.  The last 10 years Rick served as Vice President of Operations of a large footwear company. He watched the Import/Warehouse industry grow from counting cartons with a pencil and spreadsheet to fully automated warehousing.

This total automation is what makes companies like Make It Right! such a necessity. When there is a problem such as wrong tickets or wrong casepacks, the warehouses don’t have the labor force to correct these issues before distribution.
